SHIPPING & DELIVERY

How long will it take to receive my order?

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

What shipping methods do you offer?

  • We offer standard shipping. 

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the size and/or weight of your order and your location. Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

  • Can I pick up my order instead of having it shipped?

  • For customers local to our area, we offer the option to pick up order at select markets or locations or delivery within 5kms where possible. During the checkout process, you can select the "Local Pickup" or "Local Delivery" options.  We will provide you with details on where and when to pick up your order or if personal delivery is possible.

Do you ship internationally?

  • Yes, we ship internationally. However, please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost. International shipping costs are calculated based on location, please contact us at the time of placing your order.

Can I track my order?

  • Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery.

What if my order is delayed or lost in transit?

  • While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery of your order, we cannot guarantee delivery dates or be held responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs clearance processes. If your order is significantly delayed or lost in transit, please contact us, and we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

  • If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has been processed for shipping.

EASY RETURNS

At Kiny's Karma, we want you to love your handmade macrame jewellery as much as we do. That's why we offer hassle-free returns on all our products. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us within 7days of receiving your order, and we'll provide you with instructions on how to return your item.

Once we receive the returned item in its original condition, we'll issue a refund or exchange, whichever you prefer. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of damaged or defective items. Please note that custom designed jewellery may not be eligible for return/refund. If you have any questions about our return policy, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. Your satisfaction is our top priority.
